Being a Professional Engineer for over thirty years and published author, Rory has successfully designed, analyzed, and overseen construction of hundreds of structures. Early on, his design office was located in Laguna Beach where he specialized in custom hillside residence design and commercial building engineering projects operating as Syfan-Zack Engineering and later, as R.O.Zack Engineers. Moving his office to Irvine offered him the opportunity to further hone his engineering and design skills for commercial building systems as CEO/co-owner of Integral Associates, LLC. Currently, as President of BLUE WATER ENGINEERING CORP, Rory brings all of his varied structural design and analytical experience to the table to provide a highly refined and efficient engineering product. The many commercial, residential, retail, industrial, and civic building projects have resulted in a varied and growing list of contented clients and reliable professional trade referrals.
